Decisions

1. Abstract Classes will be included in Project Plan rather than Requirements Specification

2. File Formats Section to be added in Planning of Major Components

3. "Simplification" will be a separate section in Route Finding Algorithm

4. The version of "Route Finding Algorithm" on the webpage will be taken as the one included in the Requirement specification.

5. The numbering system adopted will be up to X.X.X level, e.g. 3.2.4, as for 3.2.4.1 , this will be item 1 of 3.2.4.

6. Running Example will be included in the File Formats section rather than "Route Finding Algorithm" Section

7. The sub-grid in each square tile will range from 0 to 100 in lieu of 0 to 2

8. The Management Strategy for Group Organisation is modified from pair support to cyclic chain support
