1. Dave reported that he had a CPU crash, and none of the information can be retrieved, not even emails. All of the group members see that using CVS / back-up system was a good decision made.

2. Martin stressed that integration should be not done before the modules are tested in isolation.

3. All are aware of the cyclic back-up strategy in case Dr. Anderson swapping members of the groups around.

4. Nathan requires a copy of the Requirements Specification (in Word 97) format ensuring all the symbols are correct. Phebe will send a copy of the final specification to Karen, so that she can open that it Word 2000, and send a copy to Nathan.

5. Karen will start with 2 x 2 , up to 5 x 5 grids to establish test data according to the file format in the specification. Terrain data file name will contain .ter.

6. Nathan will complete the TerrainMap (no debug system) by Monday 7/2/2000 as it is on the critical path. For the RouteVertex list (create/destroy), will be for next Thursday 10/2/2000

7. Martin aims to complete the Terrain Display by Thursday 10/2/2000 (estimate time required 9 hours)

8.1 If anyone finds any bugs, need to inform the author, explaining how to fix them if known. If one has fixed the bugs, indicate clearly what has been done.

8.2 Anything changed in the code / document, state clearly in the file edited. Nathan stated that CVS will record the person who last updates the document - need to include //$Id: 030200mn.htm,v 1.2 2000/02/05 14:45:10 ned21 Exp $

8.3 Martin mentioned that java -Xnojit is useful for running in debug mode (without JIT) therefore better feedback on exceptions/errors. [Subsequent to the meeting Martin confirmed that it should actually be java -Djava.compiler=NONE]

9.0 Andy will produce a Monitoring Chart for all the tasks and modules. Keep Andy inform when any module has been completed, so that the progress can be monitored through the Monitoring Chart.

10. It was agreed that the development of the program should adhere closely to the Requirements Specification with minimum departure. Standard such as javadoc is adopted.
